On MMT they provided smoking and non smoking room but at propety its just non smoking rooms also i requested high floor room but they provided me room on 1st floor such a bad experience

Atleast can expect shaving kit ..dental kit Nothing was available at the hotel Generally customers dont carry this and after all we sre paying just for few hours

I had booked this hotel for my close relatives travel-ling from toronto and atlanta. The receptionist was extremely rude and my friend from atlanta( us) showed her the oci card. She didn’t allow them to check in till the passport copy pics were shared. After a long hassle she allowed them to check in. I was told to wait down and not go up. When my guests checked in the toilet was not clean and the basin looked with soap water as if some has just washed his hands after using the toilet. The towels were full of stains. My guests called me up to see the room for which i was accompanied by a hotel service staff. My guests left the room keeping their luggage in the room and we went out for coffee and they said they don’t want to stay in this hotel. I immediately called mm t and told him the issue. The person on the line said that he will get back within 24 hours as i had asked for refund as my guests were not ready to stay there. I was told that at the most i will get a voucher for rs. 1800- for which i told them i want full refund. No reply on this. Then i booked ramee grandee hotel very close to oakwood and my guests shifted to that hotel within an hour or so after check in at oakwood. I have been booking hotels and holidays on mm t for years now, but have never had such a bad experience. Money lost in booking 2 hotels.

Very pathetic, no ammenties provided, phone not working, towels torn, old blankets provided. No even accepted request of giving soap. Rates are exorbitant in comparison to ammenties given.
